GRADE 12: How are we transformed by our study
of other languages and cultures?

What is assimilation?

•  Is it possible to assimilate into any culture?
•  What successes have the Russians had in assimilating into American culture?
•  What are the difficulties that you would encounter when trying to maintain your native language and culture, both in Russia and the US ?

Are you a world citizen?

•  How do you understand the role of government in your life?
•  What is your knowledge of U.S./Russia relations?
